EZ Paneloc with Rail. This kit includes two ez paneloc™ snap-on lockouts, which are for use on square d nqo and other breakers that have a hole in the switch tongue. Pins prevent the switch from being thrown while the plastic key on a 2 ft cable may be passed through an ez paneloc™ lock rail and secured with a lock. Kit includes two ez paneloc™ snap-on breaker lockout devices and two ez paneloc™ lock rails (padlocks sold separately). Ez paneloc™ lock rail system allows panel door to be closed when lockouts are in place and fits multiple locks, eliminating the need for group hasps. MFG# 65897
